Repair, warranty and returns

All E-Boats Systems products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

During this period, we guarantee that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

• Modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by E-Boats Systems

• Damage resulting from accidents, water ingress (unless product is rated IP-certified), or external factors such as power surges.

 

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, E-Boats Systems will, at its discretion:

1. Repair the product, or

2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value, or

3. Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

 

Repair Service (Out of Warranty)

Products that are outside of the warranty period, or damaged due to reasons not covered by the warranty, may still be eligible for paid repair service. In this case:

• Customers will receive a cost estimate before proceeding

• Repairs are covered by a 6-month service warranty

 

Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item shipped.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection of the returned product.

 

How to Request Warranty or Return

1. Contact our Support Team in the form below or at support@eboatsystems.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

2. We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the product to the address provided, clearly indicating the RMA number.

 

⚠️ Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

E-Boats Systems is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as described above.​
